{"id":557,"date":"2013-05-01T16:09:56","date_gmt":"2013-05-01T14:09:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=557"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:05:44","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:05:44","slug":"terrine-de-saumon-aux-noix-de-saint-jacques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/terrine-de-saumon-aux-noix-de-saint-jacques\/","title":{"rendered":"Terrine de saumon aux noix de Saint-Jacques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10 belles noix de Saint-Jacques( fraiches ou surgel\u00e9es)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10 grandes feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinard (ou 30 petites feuilles ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut d\u2019\u00e9pinards des feuilles de laitue)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de saumon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">25 g de mie de pain de mie (2 tranches)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre-paprika-citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"style_1\">Coulis <\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">une boite de tomates concass\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re de vinaigre balsamique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre-basilic<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_2\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">la veille <\/span>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">\u00e9bouillanter les \u00e9pinards pendant 10 secondes.<br \/>\nLes \u00e9goutter puis passer sous l\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler les feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinard sur un film alimentaire et placer<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">au centre les Saint-Jacques retenues par une brochette en leur milieu, saler, poivrer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les rouler dans les \u00e9pinards puis dans le film alimentaire,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">pour former un boudin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Bien serrer.
