{"id":545,"date":"2010-10-08T15:59:13","date_gmt":"2010-10-08T13:59:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=545"},"modified":"2024-11-30T16:07:11","modified_gmt":"2024-11-30T15:07:11","slug":"couronne-aux-2-saumons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/couronne-aux-2-saumons\/","title":{"rendered":"Couronne aux 2 saumons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">8 tranches de saumon fum\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300 g de saumon frais ou surgel\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300 g de limandes (ou filets de sole ou de plie)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de mayonnaise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de raifort<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">tabasco, sel, poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 avocat<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">l\u00e9gumes pour le court bouillon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">m\u00e2che<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de gel\u00e9e maggi + 12,50 cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire la gel\u00e9e, la laisser refroidir mais pas durcir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire cuire au court bouillon le saumon frais et les limandes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Laisser refroidir<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Mixer le saumon frais et les limandes, la mayonnaise, la cr\u00e8me, le raifort, quelques gouttes de tabasco plus sel et poivre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pendant que le mixeur tourne, ajouter doucement la gel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Huiler un moule \u00e0 savarin, le tapisser de tranches de saumon fum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Remplir le moule avec la farce de poisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Placer la couronne au frigo jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9parer la d\u00e9coration avec l\u2019avocat citronn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">D\u00e9mouler la couronne sur un plat, remplir le centre de la couronne de m\u00e2che assaisonn\u00e9e, avec une vinaigrette \u00e0 l\u2019huile de noisette.
