{"id":538,"date":"2010-09-30T15:54:13","date_gmt":"2010-09-30T13:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=538"},"modified":"2025-06-20T16:51:54","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T14:51:54","slug":"galette-de-coquille-saint-jacques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/galette-de-coquille-saint-jacques\/","title":{"rendered":"Galette de coquilles Saint Jacques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">20 noix de St Jacques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Endives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">M\u00e2che (petite)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Sel, piment d\u2019espelette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Vinaigrette :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">\u00a0jus de 2 oranges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de X\u00e9r\u00e8s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, piment d\u2019espelette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sur une feuille de papier cuisson, dessiner des cercles de 10 \u00e0 12 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Poser cette feuille sur une plaque allant au four et la graisser avec du beurre fondu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Couper chaque noix de St Jacques en 4 ou 5 rondelles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9poser-les sur le papier, en rosaces comme les pommes sur une tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Badigeonner avec un peu de beurre fondu, sel + piment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 240\u00b0 (Th 8). Enfourner les galettes pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Retirer du four et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule, faire glisser les galettes au centre d\u2019une assiette.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Garnir avec les feuilles de m\u00e2che et d\u2019endives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sur chaque feuille d\u2019endive, verser un peu de vinaigrette et quelques gouttes de vinaigre balsamique r\u00e9duit.
