{"id":533,"date":"2010-09-24T15:49:07","date_gmt":"2010-09-24T13:49:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=533"},"modified":"2024-06-04T17:20:30","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T15:20:30","slug":"mosaique-de-gambas-et-de-crabes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/mosaique-de-gambas-et-de-crabes\/","title":{"rendered":"Mosa\u00efque de gambas et de crabes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 10 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 grand moule \u00e0 cake<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10 \u00e0 15 gambas suivant la grosseur, crues ou cuites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 bo\u00eetes de crabe<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 pomme Granny Smith<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 poivron vert<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 branche de c\u00e9leri<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 tomate \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 sachets de gel\u00e9e maggi + 1\/3 d\u2019eau (33 cl)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 pot de mayonnaise (300g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 fromages blancs battus entier (2 x 100g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">coulis de tomates<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 bo\u00eete de tomates concass\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre, basilic<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire la gel\u00e9e avec 2 sachets + 1\/3 de litre d\u2019eau. Laisser refroidir (sans laisser prendre). Faire cuire les gambas 5 mn dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e fr\u00e9missante. Laisser refroidir et d\u00e9cortiquer. Couper en tr\u00e8s petits cubes le poivron + la pomme (la citronner) + la tomate \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e. Eplucher le c\u00e9leri, le couper en fines lamelles avec la mandoline \u00e0 concombres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">M\u00e9langer la mayonnaise + la gel\u00e9e + les fromages blancs. Ajouter tous les l\u00e9gumes + les gambas en morceaux + le crabe \u00e9goutt\u00e9. Poivrer et saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Verser dans un moule \u00e0 cake chemis\u00e9 de papier film ou dans des ramequins chemis\u00e9s \u00e9galement. Couvrir et laisser prendre au frigo pendant au moins 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">D\u00e9mouler puis servir avec le coulis de tomates : Passer au mixer plongeant (\u00e0 potage)\u00a0 les tomates concass\u00e9es + sel + poivre + huile d\u2019olive.
