Egoutter. Ecraser le saumon avec une fourchette, ajouter 100g de beurre ramolli + 250g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse + 1 jus de citron + sel + poivre + 100g de saumon fum\u00e9 hach\u00e9. M\u00e9langer avec un batteur et non un mixer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Verser dans un moule \u00e0 cake chemis\u00e9 de film fra\u00eecheur. Mettre au frais au moins pendant 24 heures. D\u00e9mouler sur un lit de salade, garnir avec des rondelles de citron, olives noires, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ou<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Chemiser des ramequins avec du film fra\u00eecheur puis avec une tranche de saumon fum\u00e9. Remplir avec des rillettes puis refermer avec le film.
