Faire cuire pendant 1\u20442 heure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9parer des pointes d\u2019asperges ou des petits bouquets de brocolis en les \u00e9bouillantant et laisser cuire 5 mns dans l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. R\u00e9server. Allumer votre four position grill (maximum).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Poser les noix de St jacques sur du papier absorbant. Beurrer une plaque allant au four, y d\u00e9poser les noix de St jacques et les enduire d\u2019un peu de beurre. Saler et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_2\">PREPARATION DE LA SAUCE<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Passer le court-bouillon. Le faire r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9, incorporer 150g de beurre sal\u00e9 en petites parcelles et fouetter vivement pour obtenir une \u00e9mulsion, ajouter 150g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche + 1 pointe de curry + 1 pointe de safran.
