R\u00e9duire le bouillon de poule d\u20191\/3, ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un peu d \u2018eau, puis le vinaigre, le sel, le poivre et les d\u00e9s de beurre noisette en fouettant avec un fouet. Laisser ti\u00e9dir la sauce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Poser les noix de St Jacques sur une plaque T\u00e9fal beurr\u00e9e avec du beurre sal\u00e9. Faire chauffer le four sur grill au maximum, 5 mns avant le service, glisser les noix sous le grill. D\u00e9poser les St Jacques sur une assiette, verser un peu de vinaigrette dans le fond, puis la salade et la ciboulette.
