{"id":509,"date":"2010-05-28T15:32:09","date_gmt":"2010-05-28T13:32:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=509"},"modified":"2019-10-19T14:50:50","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T12:50:50","slug":"terrine-de-lotte-au-paprika","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/terrine-de-lotte-au-paprika\/","title":{"rendered":"Terrine de lotte au paprika"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">700g de lotte<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 litre et demi de court bouillon instantan\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">400g de ricotta<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de ketchup<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un peu de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Mayonnaise, citron, pastis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9parer le court-bouillon. Laisser ti\u00e9dir. D\u00e9poser les filets de lotte dans une casserole, recouvrir avec le court-bouillon, porter doucement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, faire pocher pendant 10 mn, \u00e0 l\u00e9gers fr\u00e9missements. Laisser refroidir dans le liquide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9parer la farce : mixer la ricotta + les oeufs + la cr\u00e8me + le paprika + sel + poivre + le ketchup + la ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Beurrer un moule \u00e0 cake ou chemisez-le de film supportant la cuisson au four. Remplir le moule au tiers de sa hauteur avec la pr\u00e9paration au ricotta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Egoutter les filets de lotte sur du papier absorbant. D\u00e9poser les filets dans le moule puis recouvrir avec le reste de farce. Refermer le dessus du moule avec de l\u2019alu et d\u00e9poser la terrine dans un bain-marie chaud puis enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (Th 6).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Laisser cuire 40 mn.
