class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de crevettes (d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">120g de mie de pain sans croute<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">15cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">faire tremper la mie de pain dans le lait froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Hacher le merlan dans un mixer puis y ajouter les oeufs + la mie de pain \u00e9goutt\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">+ la cr\u00e8me + le sel + le poivre +le concentr\u00e9 de tomate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Mixer pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire revenir dans un m\u00e9lange beurre-huile les noix de Saint-Jacques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les crevettes en 3 ou 4 morceaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les Saint-Jacques + les crevettes \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Chemiser avec du film alimentaire 2 petits moules \u00e0 cake (la d\u00e9coupe sera plus facile<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">dans deux moules moins larges que dans un seul grand moule).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Y verser la pr\u00e9paration, couvrir avec de l\u2019alu et faire cuire dans un bain-marie (eau chaude),<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6)\u00b0 pendant 45 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_2\">Sauce betteraves rouges :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de betteraves rouges cuites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 Gervita (200g) ou fromage blanc mousseux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">mixer les betteraves + vinaigre + huile+ sel + poivre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">bien lisse puis ajouter le fromage blanc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sauce avocat:<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 avocats<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 \u00e0 5 gouttes de Tabasco<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 Gervita<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">proc\u00e9der comme pour la sauce aux betteraves.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sauce au raifort :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">raifort r\u00e2p\u00e9 (en bocaux au rayon frais)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 Gervitas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">m\u00e9langer le Gervita + le sel + le poivre + 1 ou 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de raifort suivant votre gout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sauce ciboulette:<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100 g de mayonnaise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 Gervitas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">ciboulette-sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">m\u00e9langer la mayonnaise + le sel + le poivre + la ciboulette puis ajouter d\u00e9licatement le Gervita.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Vous pouvez aussi faire ce pain de poisson dans un moule \u00e0 savarin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pour Noel, vous d\u00e9corez cette couronne avec des tomates cerise<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">pour imiter
