{"id":479,"date":"2015-02-20T15:04:41","date_gmt":"2015-02-20T14:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=479"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:11:28","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:11:28","slug":"noix-de-saint-jacques-sur-bouillon-de-poulette-et-pois-mange-tout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/noix-de-saint-jacques-sur-bouillon-de-poulette-et-pois-mange-tout\/","title":{"rendered":"Noix de Saint-Jacques sur bouillon de poulette et pois mange-tout"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">12 noix de Saint-Jacques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">250 g de pois mange-tout<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">25cl de bouillon de poule maison ou en cube.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de fond de volaille d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">10cl de vin blanc<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1\/2 jus de citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">50 g de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">15 cl de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1 jaune d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">beurre-sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sat\u00e9 (\u00e9picerie orientale)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">R\u00e9duire le bouillon de poule + 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de fond de volaille d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"Puce\">+<\/span>le vin blanc + le jus de citron + la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse + le sat\u00e9, en portant \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">pendant environ 3mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Cuire les pois dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, les garder croquants,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">les \u00e9goutter, les passer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide puis les couper en biais en 2 morceaux<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Po\u00ealer les Saint-Jacques dans le beurre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Les laisser cuire pendant 1 \u00e0 2 mn de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 suivant leur grosseur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Saler, poivrer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Au moment de servir, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le bouillon,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">puis hors du feu ajouter le jaune d\u2019oeuf, la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Verser ce bouillon dans des assiettes creuses + les pois en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">et d\u00e9poser sur le dessus les Saint-Jacques dispos\u00e9es sur une brochette.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 4 personnes Ingr\u00e9dients : 12 noix de Saint-Jacques 250 g de pois mange-tout 25cl de bouillon de poule maison ou en cube. 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de fond de&#8230;
