{"id":427,"date":"2014-05-10T12:17:37","date_gmt":"2014-05-10T10:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=427"},"modified":"2019-10-19T13:02:41","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T11:02:41","slug":"cromesquis-au-foie-gras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/cromesquis-au-foie-gras\/","title":{"rendered":"Cromesquis au foie gras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">pour 12 cromesquis<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de foie gras cuit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oeuf + 1 jaune<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019arachide <span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">ou de tournesol<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de chapelure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 tranches de pain de mie sans croute<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">friture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span> :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire ramollir le foie gras \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, puis le mouler<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">dans 24 mini demi-sph\u00e8res en flexipan (garder un peu de foie gras<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">pour coller les cromesquis).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Bloquer au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 1 heure, puis d\u00e9mouler les<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">demi-sph\u00e8res et les assembler 2 par 2 en lissant la jointure<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">avec le foie gras restant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Vous obtenez 12 petites boules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Bloquer \u00e0 nouveau au cong\u00e9lateur (peut se faire la veille).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9parer la chapelure : faire s\u00e9cher sans coloration le pain de mie dans un four th. 2-3.
