{"id":421,"date":"2015-09-10T12:10:57","date_gmt":"2015-09-10T10:10:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=421"},"modified":"2019-10-19T13:03:10","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T11:03:10","slug":"nougat-de-chevre-aperitif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/nougat-de-chevre-aperitif\/","title":{"rendered":"Nougat de ch\u00e8vre (ap\u00e9ritif)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">pour 24 amuse-bouche<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de fromage de ch\u00e8vre frais<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">(Chavroux) ou carr\u00e9s Gervais<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">(lait de vache)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de cerneaux de noix<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de noisettes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g d\u2019abricots secs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de pistaches<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">20cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">piment d\u2019espelette &#8211; sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile de noisette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span> :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">torr\u00e9fier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement au four les amandes et les noisettes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Concasser tous les fruits secs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Couper les abricots en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux (si les morceaux sont trop gros,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">ils g\u00e9neront lors de la d\u00e9coupe)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire temper la g\u00e9latine dans de l\u2019eau froide pendant 10 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Fouetter 15 cl de cr\u00e8me.<br \/>\nFouetter le fromage de ch\u00e8vre. Faire chauffer les 5 cl de cr\u00e8merestant et y ajouter<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">la g\u00e9latine \u00e9goutt\u00e9e, laisser 1 mn sur feu doux pour la laisser fondre.<br \/>\nDans le fromage de ch\u00e8vre, ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage d\u2019huile de noisette<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">+ piment + le sel + la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e + la g\u00e9latine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Bien m\u00e9langer le tout avec un fouet puis ajouter tous les fruits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sur une plaque recouverte de film alimentaire ou d\u2019une plaque en flexipan, poser un cadre et y d\u00e9poser la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Laisser reposer 24 heures au froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pour faciliter la d\u00e9coupe, passer au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 2 heures avant de d\u00e9couper en petits cubes de 2 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Si vous ne poss\u00e9dez pas de cadre, vous pouvez prendre un plat rectangulaire ou un tupperware, le chemiser de film alimentaire et y verser la pr\u00e9paration.
