Peler les concombres et l\u2019oignon, les couper en petits morceaux, ainsi que les tomates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Dans un mixer, verser l\u2019huile + le vinaigre + les concombres + l\u2019oignon +les 3 gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9es + les tomates + le concentr\u00e9 + les 3 tranches de pain de mie + l\u2019eau + le sel + le poivre + le piment<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Mixer pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange onctueux. R\u00e9server au froid pendant au moins 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Couper les poivrons en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux et r\u00e9server dans des petites coupelles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Couper le pain de mie en petits cubes et les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale dans un m\u00e9lange huile-beurre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Au moment de servir, verser le potage dans des coupelles ou coupes \u00e0 glace et pr\u00e9senter accompagn\u00e9 des poivrons et des cro\u00fbtons de pain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 8 personnes.
