Laisse reposer une heure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Etaler cette p\u00e2te sur une plaque tefal beurr\u00e9e en vous aidant d\u2019un rouleau et des mains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 7 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Dans une sauteuse faire chauffer le miel + le sucre + la cr\u00e8me. Quand le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir, ajouter les amandes, continuer la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bords commencent \u00e0 prendre de la couleur, sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Verser cette pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te et continuer la cuisson au four jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit cuite et que le dessus soit bien dor\u00e9 (environ 20mn \u00e0 1\u20442 heure).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Sortir le moule du four.
