{"id":2911,"date":"2026-06-26T17:17:45","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T15:17:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=2911"},"modified":"2026-06-26T17:17:45","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T15:17:45","slug":"gratin-de-fruits-dete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gratin-de-fruits-dete\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de fruits d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 nectarines<\/li>\n<li>5-6 abricots<\/li>\n<li>-250 g de petites fraises<\/li>\n<li>Menthe<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de sirop de p\u00eaches ou abricots<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de sirop de fraise<\/li>\n<li>Pour le gratin\u00a0:<\/li>\n<li>40 g de beurre mou<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>30 g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>15 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Couper les p\u00eaches et les abricots en lamelles dans un saladier. Les faire mac\u00e9rer avec le sirop pendant 1 heure. Pendant ce temps, faire la pr\u00e9paration pour le gratin\u00a0: battre ensemble le beurre + le sucre + le sucre vanill\u00e9. Ajouter les \u0153ufs + la poudre d\u2019amandes + la ma\u00efzena puis la cr\u00e8me fraiche. Bien battre l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat beurr\u00e9, \u00e9taler les p\u00eaches apr\u00e8s les avoir \u00e9goutt\u00e9es.
