{"id":2884,"date":"2026-04-02T15:54:17","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T13:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=2884"},"modified":"2026-05-02T16:50:48","modified_gmt":"2026-05-02T14:50:48","slug":"roses-feuilletees-aux-pommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/roses-feuilletees-aux-pommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Roses feuillet\u00e9es aux pommes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 pommes golden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 rouleaux de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e (si possible rectangulaire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019aide d\u2019un vide pommes, \u00f4ter le c\u0153ur des pommes puis les couper \u00e0 la mandoline en rondelles tr\u00e8s fines et recouper les rondelles en deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0. \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e et la d\u00e9couper en bandes de 4 cm sur 20. Badigeonner chaque bande avec le beurre fondu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser les tranches de pommes sur la partie haute de la bande en les faisant d\u00e9passer et en les chevauchant. Rabattre la partie inf\u00e9rieure sur les pommes.
