D\u00e9couper le saumon en petits cubes de 2 cm et les ajouter \u00e0 la marinade. R\u00e9server au froid pendant 2 h environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la parure<\/strong>&nbsp;: battre les \u0153ufs + l\u2019huile + le sel +le poivre. Dans une coupelle verser la farine et dans une autre la chapelure Panko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer l\u2019huile de friture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passer les cubes de saumon dans la farine puis dans l\u2019\u0153uf puis dans la chapelure et les faire frire pendant 2-3 mn dans la friture. \u00c9goutter sur du papier absorbant et servir avec une salade verte ou \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la farine et la chapelure, je remplace les coupelles par des sachets en plastique&nbsp;; beaucoup plus pratiques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;: Marinade Pr\u00e9paration : Pr\u00e9parer une marinade en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients.
