{"id":286,"date":"2015-11-15T19:26:38","date_gmt":"2015-11-15T18:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=286"},"modified":"2025-11-12T18:04:28","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T17:04:28","slug":"gateau-glace-au-citron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gateau-glace-au-citron\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau nantais au citron"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_697_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span class=\"style_1\" style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Mat\u00e9riel<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0: moule rond de 22cm, si possible anti-adh\u00e9sif<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_899_847\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">150g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">125g de beurre ramolli + 10g pour le moule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de sucre glace<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">extrait de citron (Vahin\u00e9)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 sachet de levure chimique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_2\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Beurrer le moule et le sucrer (saupoudrer du sucre sur toute la surface)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Battre ensemble le beurre ramolli + le sucre en poudre pour obtenir<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">un m\u00e9lange mousseux, puis toujours en fouettant, incorporer la farine<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">+ la poudre d\u2019amandes + la levure <span class=\"Puce\">+ <\/span>une pinc\u00e9e de sel + 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait de citron d\u00e9lay\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">dans 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage d\u2019eau + les oeufs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Verser dans le moule et enfourner pour 30mn dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau sur une volette et poser celle ci sur le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9layer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage d\u2019eau+ 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait et badigeonner<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">le g\u00e2teau avec un pinceau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">M\u00e9langer le sucre glace avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et demi d\u2019extrait d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans 5 cl d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Si le m\u00e9lange est trop liquide, ajouter du sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">S\u2019il est trop \u00e9pais, ajouter quelques gouttes d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Le m\u00e9lange doit s\u2019\u00e9taler avec une spatule mais ne doit pas \u00eatre coulant.<br \/>\nEtaler ce gla\u00e7age sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">R\u00e9server au froid au moins pendant 1 heure avant de d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mat\u00e9riel\u00a0: moule rond de 22cm, si possible anti-adh\u00e9sif Ingr\u00e9dients : 3 oeufs 150g de sucre en poudre 40g de farine 100g de poudre d\u2019amandes 125g de beurre ramolli + 10g&#8230;
