Ajouter l\u2019oeuf + l\u2019eau rapidement<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\"><span class=\"style_3\">(plus une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e ou sabl\u00e9e est travaill\u00e9e, plus elle durcit \u00e0 la cuisson)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">Laisser reposer la p\u00e2te pendant 1 heure. Foncer un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">et le garder au froid jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">Recouvrir la p\u00e2te avec de l\u2019alu puis des billes de porcelaine ou des haricots<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">et la cuire \u00e0 blanc dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 environ 30 mn..<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">La sortir quand elle est bien dor\u00e9e. R\u00e9server.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">Cr\u00e8me patissi\u00e8re : faire bouillir le lait + la gousse de vanille ouverte.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">M\u00e9langer le jaune d\u2019oeuf + le sucre + la ma\u00efzena puis ajouter le lait bouillant,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">remettre sur le feu et tourner la cr\u00e8me avec un fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">R\u00e9server au froid.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">Lorsque la cr\u00e8me est froide, lui ajouter d\u00e9licatement 10 cl de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_3\">Etaler la cr\u00e8me.
