Verser dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9 et enfourner pour 15 mn dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00b0 (th 7). A v\u00e9rifier avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau. Il ne doit plus y avoir de liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer le crumble\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e2per la courgette, hacher les tomates \u00e0 la main. M\u00e9langer le beurre + sel + la farine pour obtenir des gros grumeaux. Ajouter la courgette r\u00e2p\u00e9e + les tomates hach\u00e9es. \u00c9taler toute cette pr\u00e9paration sur une plaque de cuisson, garnie de papier sulfuris\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Porter dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) pendant environ 30 mn. A surveiller, le crumble doit \u00eatre croustillant.
