Les laisser d\u00e9gorger pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tempura\u00a0: m\u00e9langer 100 g de farine + 50 g de f\u00e9cule + \u00bd sachet de levure + 1 jaune d\u2019\u0153uf + sel + 15 cl d\u2019eau glac\u00e9e ajout\u00e9e au dernier moment.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer l\u2019huile de friture, tremper chaque tranche d\u2019aubergine dans la p\u00e2te et les d\u00e9poser dans l\u2019huile. Les retourner au bout d\u2019une minute.
