{"id":277,"date":"2017-08-18T19:24:34","date_gmt":"2017-08-18T17:24:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=277"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:25:55","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:25:55","slug":"gateau-a-la-pistache-et-amarena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gateau-a-la-pistache-et-amarena\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau \u00e0 la pistache et amar\u00e9na"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_697_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Pour 8 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_899_721\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0<\/span>pour 2 petits cakes (moules Tefal de 21 cm x 7 cm)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">5 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">40 amarenas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">250 g de poudre d\u2019amande<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">180g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100 g de beurre ramolli<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100g de pate de pistache<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 cuill\u00e8re de confiture d\u2019abricots<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25 g de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50 g de pistaches (non sal\u00e9es)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 sachet de levure chimique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Pr\u00e9paration :<span class=\"style_3\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">dans une terrine, battre 160g de sucre + 4 jaunes d\u2019oeuf + 1 oeuf entier pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux.<br \/>\nY ajouter le beurre ramolli + la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pistache + la levure + la poudre d\u2019amande + la ma\u00efzena <span class=\"Puce\">+ <\/span>4 blancs d\u2019oeuf, battus en neige ferme auxquels on aura rajout\u00e9 20 g de sucre au moment o\u00f9 ils montent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Beurrer et sucrer 2 moules \u00e0 cake, y verser la p\u00e2te et parsemer sur le dessus les amarenas.<br \/>\nRecouvrir les moules avec de l\u2019alu pour que les gateaux restent bien verts et enfourner<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) pendant 40 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">A surveiller \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pointe de couteau qui doit ressortir sans p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">D\u00e9mouler quand le cake est ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Avec un pinceau, badigeonner le dessus des cakes avec un peu de confiture<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">et parsemer de pistaches hach\u00e9es<br \/>\nO\u00f9 trouver les amarenas?
