{"id":274,"date":"2017-11-28T19:23:38","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T18:23:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=274"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:27:20","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:27:20","slug":"mini-gateaux-facon-tarte-citron-meringuee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/mini-gateaux-facon-tarte-citron-meringuee\/","title":{"rendered":"Mini Gateaux fa\u00e7on tarte citron meringu\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_697_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Pour environ 30 mini-gateaux<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_899_1162\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">P\u00e2te :<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 sachet de levure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">(6g ou 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rases)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">7 cl d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">7 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 citron bio<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">75g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de beurre ramolli<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_2\">Meringue <\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 blancs d\u2019oeuf (60g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">120 g de sucre semoule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Mat\u00e9riel :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">mini-moules en flexipan : tartelettes, Saint-Honor\u00e9, muffins, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">P\u00e2te :<span class=\"style_3\">\u00a0battre les oeufs entiers + le sucre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Ajouter la farine + la levure + l\u2019huile + la cr\u00e8me. Graisser les moules puis les remplir aux 2\/3 avec la p\u00e2te<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant environ 10 mn, \u00e0 surveiller.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">D\u00e9mouler et r\u00e9server.Continuer la m\u00eame op\u00e9ration s\u2019il reste de la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Faire la cr\u00e8me<span class=\"style_3\">\u00a0: dans un cul-de-poule, casser les oeufs puis ajouter le sucre.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">M\u00e9langer le tout \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet jusqu\u2019au blanchiment. Ensuite, laver le citron, pr\u00e9lever le zeste<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">et presser le citron pour obtenir le jus. Verser le jus dans le contenu du cul-de-poule et m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans une casserole et la mettre sur le feu.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">M\u00e9langer bien la pr\u00e9paration au fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle \u00e9paississe.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Lorsque la cr\u00e8me a \u00e9paissi, la retirer du feu et laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 5 mn.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Ajouter le beurre mou et fouetter \u00e0 nouveau afin d\u2019obtenir une cr\u00e8me onctueuse + les zestes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Mettre du film alimentaire sur la cr\u00e8me et r\u00e9server au frais.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">Peut se pr\u00e9parer la veille.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Faire la meringue<span class=\"style_3\">\u00a0: monter les blancs d\u2019oeuf en neige. D\u00e8s qu\u2019ils commencent \u00e0 monter<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">ajouter 1\/3 (40g) de sucre sans cesser de battre. Apr\u00e8s 2 mn, ajouter \u00e0 nouveau 1\/3 de sucre,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_3\">puis 2 mn apr\u00e8s le dernier 1\/3.
