Ajouter la farine + le beurre + le sel sans cesser de battre puis ajouter le lait + le sucre vanill\u00e9 + le beurre. Fouetter \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peler et \u00e9p\u00e9piner les pommes. Les trancher finement \u00e0 la mandoline, les verser dans la p\u00e2te et les remuer d\u00e9licatement pour ne pas les abimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrer et fariner un moule \u00e0 cake ou \u00e0 manquer (rond 20 cm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y d\u00e9poser les rondelles de pommes \u00e0 l\u2019horizontale, les empiler jusqu\u2019en haut du moule. Verser sur le dessus le reste de la p\u00e2te et faire cuire au bain-marie dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0, pendant 45 mn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser refroidir dans le moule avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut se faire sans probl\u00e8me la veille.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : Pr\u00e9paration : Battre les \u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.
