Ajouter les noisettes + les amandes, m\u00e9langer pour que les fruits soient enrob\u00e9s de caramel, verser cette pr\u00e9paration sur une plaque huil\u00e9e et laisser refroidir. Hacher grossi\u00e8rement au mixer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Battre les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs, \u00e0 mi-hauteur, ajouter 70g de sucre, continuer \u00e0 battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent tr\u00e8s fermes. Sans cesser de battre, ajouter le miel chaud. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Battre la cr\u00e8me en chantilly<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments + le pralin ( amandes-noisettes) + les fruits confits ou les amarenas + les raisins, puis d\u00e9licatement les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs + la chantilly. Verser dans un moule \u00e0 cake chemis\u00e9 de film alimentaire. Entreposer au cong\u00e9lateur pendant environ 12h Servir avec un coulis de framboises.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong><span class=\"style_2\">Coulis de framboises<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le sucre + 10 cl d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Verser les framboises dans un r\u00e9cipient haut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Mixer avec un robot plongeant (soupe) en ajoutant le sirop.
