{"id":2609,"date":"2024-09-16T11:38:58","date_gmt":"2024-09-16T09:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=2609"},"modified":"2024-12-09T18:01:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T17:01:24","slug":"gateau-nuage-au-citron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gateau-nuage-au-citron\/","title":{"rendered":"Gateau nuage au citron"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 -250g de yaourt grec ou de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse l\u00e9g\u00e8re (brid\u00e9lice)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 -150 g + 50 g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 -30 g de farine + 10 g de f\u00e9cule ou ma\u00cezena<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 -3 \u0153ufs + 1 \u0153uf<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 -zeste de citron + 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me citron (Vahin\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Battre ensemble 3 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + 1 \u0153uf entier + 150 g de sucre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux. Ajouter le yaourt + la farine + la f\u00e9cule + le zeste de citron + l\u2019ar\u00f4me.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est bien lisse, monter les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige tr\u00e8s ferme en y ajoutant les 50 g de sucre en 3 fois.<\/p>\n<p>Les incorporer \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration avec une spatule (marise).<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre et 5 cm de hauteur ou autre de la m\u00eame dimension.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00b0 dans un bain-marie et faire cuire pendant 30 mn puis \u00e0 120\u00b0pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9teindre le four et laisser encore le g\u00e2teau pendant 15 mn avant de le sortir.
