A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une poche munie d&rsquo;une douille lisse de 1 cm, dresser sur une plaque couverte de papier cuisson, des b\u00e2tonnets de 5 cm. Les espacer suffisamment car ils vont s&rsquo;\u00e9taler \u00e0 la cuisson. Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 160\u00b0-180\u00b0 pendant 10 \u00e0 12 mn.
