Laisser en attente au froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Battre au bain-marie les 4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs + 200g de sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit bien ferme. Laisser en attente au froid. Battre la cr\u00e8me, r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Quand les 3 pr\u00e9parations sont froides, m\u00e9langer-les d\u00e9licatement en ajoutant l\u2019alcool. Chemiser \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur un moule \u00e0 souffl\u00e9 avec du papier alu. Et y verser la pr\u00e9paration. Entreposer au cong\u00e9lateur au moins pendant 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Sortir du cong\u00e9lateur 10 min avant de servir si le souffl\u00e9 est trop ferme. Enlever l\u2019alu et saupoudrer de chocolat amer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Servir avec un coulis de fraises ou de framboises : Faire un sirop avec 100g de sucre + 5 cl d\u2019eau : \u00e9bullition 5 mns. Mixer avec un mixer \u00e0 soupe 250g de fruits.
