Battre les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + le sucre + la ma\u00efzena. Ajouter le lait chaud et faire \u00e9paissir sur feu doux (sans bouillir). Laisser refroidir. Monter la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e. Ajouter le sucre glace et m\u00e9langer les deux pr\u00e9parations. Verser dans un moule ou dans des petits moules et faire prendre au cong\u00e9lateur (minimum 24h).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">FRANGIPANE AUX POIRES<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Eplucher les poires, les citronner, les couper en petits d\u00e9s. Faire le sirop, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 5 min, y pocher les poires pendant 5 min \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Laisser refroidir dans le sirop. Egoutter.
