Mettez les jaunes dans un grand bol avec le sucre, faites mousser en remuant vivement avec un fouet. Ajoutez les 250g de mascarpone. M\u00e9langez intimement pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse et lisse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans un petit saladier, montez les blancs en neige tr\u00e8s ferme. Incorporez \u2013les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pour obtenir une mousse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9parez un caf\u00e9 chaud et fort. Laissez ti\u00e9dir dans un bol. Choisissez une coupelle ou un compotier, remplissez-le \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 avec la mousse. Disposez une couche de biscuit \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re tremp\u00e9s au fur et \u00e0 mesure dans le caf\u00e9.
