Ajouter la cr\u00e8me. Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans une casserole, porter sur feu moyen, en m\u00e9langeant sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer du feu aux premiers fr\u00e9missements et ajouter les zestes de citron. Laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer des moules \u00e0 muffins et les foncer avec la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e (aidez-vous d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce).
