R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>FACULTATIF&nbsp;: faire gonfler les raisins secs dans un bol d\u2019eau chaude pendant 30 mn, puis les \u00e9goutter. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire les perles dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 8-10 mn puis les \u00e9goutter. Les passer sous l\u2019eau froide et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les abricots secs en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux.
