{"id":233,"date":"2017-03-19T19:11:28","date_gmt":"2017-03-19T18:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=233"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:47:50","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:47:50","slug":"mousse-facon-nougat-sur-poires-au-sirop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/mousse-facon-nougat-sur-poires-au-sirop\/","title":{"rendered":"Mousse fa\u00e7on nougat sur poires au sirop"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_712_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Pour 8 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_902_826\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">4 poires William<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100 g de sucre + 20 cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 gousse de vanille ou 2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">\u00a0\u00a0 Cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">250 g de mascarpone<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">75 g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 sachet de pralin Vahin\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g (environ) de fruits confits en tr\u00e8s petits cubes<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">\u00a0avec une dominante d\u2019orange<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_2\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">La veille :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Cuisson des poires : les \u00e9plucher puis les couper en petits cubes de 1 cm sur 1 cm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Faire bouillir l\u2019eau + le sucre + la vanille .<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 3 mn, puis ajouter les cubes de poire,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">laisser fr\u00e9mir pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Laisser refroidir et r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">On peut aussi utiliser des poires au sirop en conserve (Saint-Mamet).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Le lendemain, faire la cr\u00e8me en battant 3 jaunes d\u2019oeuf + le sucre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux.
