Battre ensemble les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf + le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajouter la farine + l&rsquo;huile + 15 cl d&rsquo;eau + la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer avec un batteur \u00e9lectrique pendant 2 \u00e0 3 mn puis ajouter 15 cl d&rsquo;eau et continuer \u00e0 battre pendant 2 mn. Diviser la p\u00e2te en 2. Monter les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige avec 1 cuill\u00e8re de sucre. Parfumer la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te avec l&rsquo;extrait choisi et l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 avec le chocolat. Bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter dans chaque pr\u00e9paration la moiti\u00e9 des blancs d&rsquo;oeuf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser dans un grand moule beurr\u00e9 et sucr\u00e9 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la vanille ou aux amandes puis la p\u00e2te au chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 175\u00b0 pendant 45 mn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : Pr\u00e9paration : s\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes.
