Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine + les oeufs + le beurre fondu. Ajouter le lait en fouettant vigoureusement. Ajouter les pommes de terre et la ciboulette. Faire cuire les gaufres comme des gaufres classiques. Peut se faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. Au moment de les garnir, les passer au four pour qu&rsquo;elles soient croustillantes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Couper les gaufres dans la largeur pour obtenir 4 alv\u00e9oles. Battre la cr\u00e8me + le mascarpone pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e. Ajouter du sel et de l&rsquo;aneth. R\u00e9server.
