Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire le feu et cuire \u00e0 petits fr\u00e9missements pendant 10 mn. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire une cr\u00e8me anglaise avec les jaunes + le sucre + la maizena, battus ensemble. Ajouter le lait+ la cr\u00e8me bouillants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Remuer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement sur feu doux. Votre cr\u00e8me anglaise ne tournera pas si vous ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de Ma\u00efzena dans le m\u00e9lange oeufs + sucre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Verser cette cr\u00e8me chaude sur le chocolat cass\u00e9 en petits morceaux. Remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 fusion compl\u00e8te.
