Les citronner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, faire chauffer le beurre. Lorsqu\u2019il mousse, ajouter les poires, saupoudrer de sucre et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 20 mn, en retournant les poires \u00e0 mi-cuisson. Surtout ne pas laisser br\u00fbler le beurre.
