{"id":2125,"date":"2021-11-22T15:25:57","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T14:25:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=2125"},"modified":"2021-11-29T09:08:40","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T08:08:40","slug":"creme-brulee-au-nougat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/creme-brulee-au-nougat\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e au nougat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de nougat<\/li>\n<li>4 jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf entier<\/li>\n<li>40 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>cassonade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le nougat dans la cr\u00e8me + le lait sur un feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Battre ensemble les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf + l&rsquo;oeuf entier puis ajouter la pr\u00e9paration cr\u00e8me + nougat.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans des coupelles \u00e0 cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e ou des ramequins.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 100-120\u00b0 (th3-4) pendant environ30 \u00e0 40 mn. A surveiller.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e8me doit \u00eatre prise, un peu tremblotante.<\/p>\n<p>La cuisson varie selon la hauteur de la cr\u00e8me dans le r\u00e9cipient.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9server au froid.
