R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Faire mariner les crevettes avec l&rsquo;huile + le curry + le paprika + sel + poivre. R\u00e9server au frigo pendant 1 heure. Puis, les verser dans une po\u00eale et les faire revenir tr\u00e8s vite \u00e0 feu vif pendant 1 mn sans cesser de remuer. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Avant le service, d\u00e9poser dans chaque cuill\u00e8re une quenelle de guacamole.
