Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait. Arr\u00eater le feu et y ajouter la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e entre les mains, remuer 1 mn avec un fouet.<\/p>\n<p>Faire ti\u00e9dir la cr\u00e8me.Dans un mixer ou shaker, verser la cr\u00e8me + le lait +&nbsp; poivre et sel + 2 tranches de saumon fum\u00e9 et mixer pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne. Verser dans les petits r\u00e9cipients et r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p>Pour servir, garnir le dessus avec un petit morceau de saumon + un brin d&rsquo;aneth.
