Incorporer les oeufs <span class=\"Puce\">+ <\/span>la farine + le lait. Verser cette p\u00e2te dans des moules \u00e0 muffin en flexipan,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">sur une hauteur de 1,5cm. R\u00e9server au cong\u00e9lateur.Au moment de d\u00e9guster,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 240\u00b0 pendant 8 \u00e0 10 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">A la sortie du four, d\u00e9mouler sur une assiette. Aux premiers bouillons, retirer du feu<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">et y faire fondre le chocolat. Battre les jaunes d\u2019oeufs avec 30g de sucre.Monter les blancs<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">en neige tr\u00e8s ferme en ajoutant 20g de sucre d\u00e8s qu\u2019ils commencent \u00e0 monter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">M\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me chocolat avec les jaunes d\u2019oeuf, puis ajouter d\u00e9licatement les blancs en neige.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">Verser dans des petits verres ou verrines. M\u00e9langer les jaunes d\u2019oeuf + le sucre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">+ le cacao amer et l\u2019incorporer le m\u00e9lange lait &#8211; chocolat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">Verser dans des petites coupes (mises en bouche). Couvrir d\u2019alu et faire prendre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">au bain-marie dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 100\u00b0pendant environ 1h.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">R\u00e9server au froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Glace au chocolat<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\"><span class=\"style_3\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">200g de chocolat \u00e0 60-70%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">25cl de cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">25cl de lait entier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">4 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">200g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\"><span class=\"style_3\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">La veille: hacher le chocolat<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">Faire une cr\u00e8me anglaise en battant les jaunes d\u2019oeuf + le sucre + la ma\u00efzena.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">Verser dessus le lait + la cr\u00e8me port\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis continuer la cuisson<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">sur feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe. Retirer du feu et verser sur le chocolat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_11\">Continuer \u00e0 remuer pendant 5 minutes.
