Continuer \u00e0 battre pendant 10 mn. Couvrir le r\u00e9cipient avec un torchon et laisser monter pendant 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Graisser 2 ou 4 moules \u00e0 votre choix. Partager la p\u00e2te en 2 ou 4 morceaux. En remplir les moules. Laisser monter pendant 45 mn et enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) pour 30 mn. D\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 50 g de sucre glace + 5 cl d&rsquo;eau.
