Les piquer sur toute la surface avec une fourchette. Les enfourner pour 15 mn dans un four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Les recouvrir avec le coulis, des rondelles d&rsquo;oignons coup\u00e9es tr\u00e8s finement (\u00e0 la mandoline), puis avec les sardines intercal\u00e9es avec les tomates cerise, une branche de thym + poivre + sel (tr\u00e8s peu car la p\u00e2te, le coulis et les sardines sont sal\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enfourner \u00e0 nouveau pour 10 mn.
