M\u00e9langer la farine, la pinc\u00e9e de sucre et la levure alsacienne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Incorporer les \u0153ufs un par un puis le beurre mou, le zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9 et le rhum. Bien travailler la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Laisser reposer 1 heure au frais. Faire chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 170 \u00b0C dans une friteuse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler tr\u00e8s finement la p\u00e2te au rouleau. A l\u2019aide d\u2019une molette cannel\u00e9e, d\u00e9couper la p\u00e2te en triangles de 10 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9.
