{"id":189,"date":"2010-10-01T18:56:24","date_gmt":"2010-10-01T16:56:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=189"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:00:53","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:00:53","slug":"beignets-de-pommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/beignets-de-pommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Beignets de pommes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_711_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">pour 6 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_897_889\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">15cl de bi\u00e8re blonde<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">rhum ( facultatif)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">5 pommes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">20g de sucre + 1\/2 citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Huile de friture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Dans un grand saladier, verser la farine + l\u2019 huile, le sel et les jaunes d\u2019oeufs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">R\u00e9servez les blancs au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ajouter la bi\u00e8re, le rhum + le lait.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">M\u00e9langez avec un fouet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Couvrez la p\u00e2te et laissez reposer au moins 3 h.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Epluchez les pommes, \u00e9videz-les et coupez les en grosses rondelles,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">les citronner et les sucrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Faites chauffer la friteuse avec l\u2019huile, feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Battez vos blancs en neige et ajoutez les \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Trempez les rondelles de pommes dans la p\u00e2te, puis plongez les dans la friteuse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Laissez cuire 3 mn environ.
