{"id":1874,"date":"2020-02-11T16:09:45","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T15:09:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1874"},"modified":"2020-10-18T11:43:48","modified_gmt":"2020-10-18T09:43:48","slug":"risotto-aux-truffes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/risotto-aux-truffes\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto aux truffes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150g de riz arborio<\/li>\n<li>2 belles truffes<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de bouillon de poule (3 cubes + 1 litre d&rsquo;eau)<\/li>\n<li>5 cl de vin blanc sec<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>30g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>sel-poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">La veille, ajouter les truffes aux 20 cl de cr\u00e8me et r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain. Faire fondre le beurre dans une sauteuse. Y ajouter le riz sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Attendre que le riz devienne transparent = nacrer. Ajouter le vin blanc puis, petit \u00e0 petit, le bouillon, sans cesser de remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz ait tout bu. A la fin , le riz doit \u00eatre moelleux.
