Piquer avec une fourchette le fond de la tarte puis \u00e9taler (pour absorber l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 des pommes).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Recouvrir avec des lamelles de pommes (12 par pomme environ). Dans un r\u00e9cipient haut, mixer avec un robot plongeant (\u00e0 potage) les oeufs + les jaunes + la cr\u00e8me + le sucre + le sucre vanill\u00e9 et verser sur la tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0-210\u00b0 (th 6 ou 7) pendant environ 40 mn.
