D\u00e9poser sur le fond une couche de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Parsemer de quelques graines de cumin. Soulever d\u00e9licatement l&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ce puis recommencer l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Poser la brochette moiti\u00e9 sur le parmesan, moiti\u00e9 sur le papier en l&rsquo;enfon\u00e7ant dans le parmesan. Faire cuire dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 5 \u00e0 10mn.
