{"id":183,"date":"2012-03-01T18:53:03","date_gmt":"2012-03-01T17:53:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=183"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:03:10","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:03:10","slug":"crepes-citron-fraise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/crepes-citron-fraise\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00eapes citron-fraise"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_711_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">pour 8-10 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_897_1141\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">P\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eape:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">165g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de beurre fondu<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">60g de sucre semoule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50cl de lait entier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile pour cuisson<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Cr\u00e8me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 cl de jus de citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">le zeste hach\u00e9 d\u2019un citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">80g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">60g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un peu d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Le jus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">5 cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cl de jus de citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de fraises<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sucre ou sirop de fraise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">La veille<\/span>\u00a0faire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eape: dans une jatte battre les oeufs + le sucre + la farine<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">+ le beurre fondu + petit \u00e0 petit le lait. R\u00e9server au frigo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">La cr\u00e8me<\/span>: dans une casserole, m\u00e9langer l\u2019oeuf + le sucre +le jus de citron + la ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Poser la casserole sur un feu doux et faire chauffer sans cesser de remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Retirer la casserole du feu et ajouter les zestes + le beurre en remuant \u00e9nergiquement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">R\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Le jus<\/span>: faire chauffer le sucre \u00e0 sec jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il se colore comme un caramel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Hors du feu, ajouter l\u2019eau et le jus de citron. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Le jour du repas<\/span>: faire les cr\u00eapes, les saupoudrer de sucre glace,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">les r\u00e9server sur un plat allant au four. Couvrir avec de l\u2019alu. R\u00e9chauffer les cr\u00eapes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">au four 15mn avant de servir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Couper les plus grosses fraises en tranches, garder les autres enti\u00e8res pour la d\u00e9coration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Les saupoudrer de sucre ou si elles n\u2019ont pas beaucoup de parfum, les sucrer avec un sirop de fraise<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">du commerce. Ne pas faire cette op\u00e9ration trop longtemps \u00e0 l\u2019avance car les fraises ramollissent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Garnir chaque cr\u00eape avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re couche de cr\u00e8me au citron, puis poser<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">sur 1\/4 de la cr\u00eape quelques tranches de fraises.
