Battre les jaunes + 1 oeuf entier + 150 g de sucre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux. Y ajouter la f\u00e9cule + les noix hach\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Battre les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige. Apr\u00e8s 2 mn, y rajouter 50 g de sucre et continuer \u00e0 battre pour obtenir une neige tr\u00e8s ferme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Les ajouter d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Verser dans un moule \u00e0 savarin (grand) ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 et sucr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enfourner pour 10 mn dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) puis diminuer la chaleur \u00e0 150\u00b0 (th5) et laisser cuire pendant 35 mn. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau).
